  • Personál není vyučen v oboru číšník. Přírodní řízek, který jsem konzumoval jsem nožem trhal, jak byl tvrdý. Nevrátil jsem jej proto, že jsem krajan a seděl jsem s místními spolužáky. Snažili se, tedy personál.Pokud bude ještě akce u vás, absolvuji ji i s noclehem. Hodnocení je : " jde to..." Je co zlepšovat. Cena za nocleh super.

  • izba číslo 5 bola bez klimatizácie... presne povedané klimatizácia bola nainštalovaná, ale nebola pustená a bola za príplatok, čo však personál odovzdávajúci izbu opomenul povedať a tým došlo k situácii, že teplota na izbe vystúpila na skoro 30 stupňov, čo sa v noci trošku ochladilo na cca 29 stupňov.. o možnosti zapožičania ovládania na klimatizáciu sme sa dozvedeli až od rannej smeny... no síce s ospravedlnením ale noc bola hektická a bolo tam aj maloleté dieťa vo veku 10 rokov... no v budúcnosti, by bolo dobré túto vec oznámiť už pri odovzdávaní kľúčov od izby...
